President had absolute authority to end Temporary Protected Status for any country. That means any Somalian that got status under TPS loses work permits, legal status and has to leave or get deported. I don't know how much of Minnesota Somalian population are under TPS, but when Obama ended TPS for Salvaforans, a whole county in Virginia emptied out.
