None of this is right. Renting out your jet may defray some of the operating cost, but never exceed them. The extra hours is a lot of wear and tear and depreciation and maintenance. Telling people you have any hope of making a profit is dishonest.

You left out hanger fees! And if you want to maximize profit, paint it white, it’s the lightest color getting you slightly better fuel efficient
