Follow me for more @jadecarolanfitness Macros👇 Calories 642 Protein 46g Fat 27g Carbs 53g Ingredients👇 200g green beans 100g cavolo nero 1 leek 1 shallot 10g butter 100g bacon lardons 600g diced chicken breast 2 tsp chopped garlic 1tsp black pepper finely chopped fresh thyme and rosemary 1 chicken stock pot (500ml water) 40g creme fraiche 90g sage and onion stuffing 750g frozen potato rosti cornstarch slurry (4tsp) salt fresh parsley Partially cook the rostis in the oven/air fryer for 10 minutes. Pan fry diced chicken and bacon lardons in garlic for a few minutes. Season with salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme. Remove from the pan. Add sliced shallot, leek and kale, fry for a few minutes until soft. Add chicken stock, cornstarch slurry to thicken and a dollop of creme fraiche. Mix the chicken and bacon through and leave to simmer. Remove for the heat and crumble a layer of sage and onion stuffing on top. Top with the rostis and bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 mins at 200. Serve with a side of green beans.
