@buildtomade: Day 2: DIY gift series. I’m going to show you how to build this kids picnic table with just four 1x4 furring strips and a 2x2 for about $15. Cut each board into two 35-inch tops and one 23-inch leg. Angle in parallel both ends of every leg at 30° for that classic flare (use a rafters square for this). Cut your 2x2 into two 31-inch supports and two 14-inch pieces with slight angles, then assemble the legs with the 14-inch piece at the top and the 31-inch piece in the center. Lay the four 35-inch boards across the top with a 2-inch overhang, add the seats, and screw everything together. Round the corners with a jigsaw, sand, stain (optional if outdoors), and you’ve got a simple DIY kids picnic table for the holidays!

I love how he used minimal tools so those who dont have things like a miter saw can still do it. I have a miter saw but can still use this video as a build guide but maybe others aren't so fortunate. 10/10

Didn’t look like you put the angle brackets in underneath, so it would go from side to side and not fall apart

Prior to January 2020 there were only 632 total reviews on the AllTrails platform of Boynton Canyon. That was an average of 63 reviews a year. In 2020 a man began sharing information about a dwelling site and a location in Boynton Canyon he decided to name “The Subway Cave”. In 2020 there were 501 reviews of Boynton, but the coordinates had not yet been shared on AllTrails. He posted in multiple Facebook Groups in October 2020. Moderators of the group allowed him to stay in the group, kept multiple posts up, and contributed to him amassing of following of individuals he could direct to his new group where he would share coordinates. He shared the GPS coordinates of “the Subway” with multiple individuals, and took one of them on a hike along with sharing the coordinates. We will call this person Man2. In December 2020 Man2 started posting on AllTrails stating he would guide people to this site. Guiding to dwelling sites is illegal in Sedona. Between December 2020 and March 2021 Man2 posted four times on AllTrails stating “if you are trying to get to the subway follow me.”  Prior to 2021 the words “the subway” had NEVER been used on AllTrails reviews or map regarding Boynton Canyon. In 2021 there were 3,272 reviews of Boynton. Reviews all now refer to “the subway”. “The Subway” map provided by “Man2” was added to the official Boynton Canyon map.  These two men directly caused an 5,094% increase in traffic to Boynton Canyon. Since then we have found hundreds of instances of graffiti and photos of people sitting on, leaning on, or messing with this site. We find human waste inside the dwelling. Local trail volunteers cannot keep up with the destruction.
