How about it’s none of your damn business what people decide to do for themselves?

I can exercise all day long and eat clean and I still can’t lose weight because of hashimotos autoimmune. I was prescribed the shots and declined it. I don’t feel injecting synthetic chemicals with major side effects is healthy for me. Odds are I would lose weight if I took it but it could create other problems and it’s a forever med that’s very expensive.

Ohhhh not true. It changed my life, helped me overcome other issues, it’s not being lazy it’s help, it’s people saying they need help and getting the help they need. I didn’t do it lazy, it changed my eating habits and helped me get to the gym to better myself.

Not true… I got sick and gained 35 lbs that no matter what I did I couldn’t loose it. I went from going to the gym 6x a week to barely doing Pilates 2x I couldn’t lift weights anymore. Going on glp1 helped so much of my inflammation and brought me back to going to the gym again. Now it just is an aid like any other supplements to help me reach my goals … I’m happy you have genetics and you don’t have to worry about it but not everyone is using it for the easy way

Who cares what anyone else does with their body?? The people that obsess about other peoples bodies and have to comment is crazy work. Let people live their lives. If it bothers or affects you enough to post about it then it sounds like you need a hobby

Ooof. Not true. I have PCOS with IR and spent 2 hours a day between the gym and cardio, ate clean, and nothing- I needed Zepbound as a tool in my kit. Now, my efforts are working with my body.

Eh who cares, let ppl get healthy however they need. I did 2 years of PT, became a power lifter, lost 80 lbs/body recomp and then maintained over a year the natural way. Then developed some health issues & gained way too much weight too fast while maintaining my previous routine. Got on Tirz as a last desperate resort and finally feel normal. Lost even more weight. Still in the gym 12 hours a week. Still fight cravings, still fight not eating out/extra food, still have to make good choices but it's easier and my body responds normally. Plenty people don't lose weight on those meds if they don't change their long term habits or they lose then regain.

I’m on a form of a GLP-1 down 25 lbs. I still workout 3-4x strength/cardio and eating in a caloric deficit. The food noise was just to much

I'm so proud of myself that I lost 130 lbs back in 2020 before ozempic was ever a thing and I've kept it off for almost 6 years! Although I think SOME people could benefit from it, it's also highly overused by people that never had the discipline and willpower to do it before.

I've been consistently weight lifting and eating clean for 10+ years. i have always been very health focused my whole adult life and have been eating clean. tirz fixed my insulin resistance and finally enabled my body to burn fat and now I look fit and I changed nothing about my health routine because I've been doing what I needed to for years. people who complain about glp1 are just mad that the people they made fun of for not being fit are fit now and look better than them and work harder. be mad.

Not always true. I lost weight the “old fashioned way”, tracked, ate healthy, went to the gym, lost 65 lbs. Then perimenopause started.
