@_chrisinthekitchen: Cajun Chicken & Chorizo Pasta 🤍 Serves 2: 2 diced chicken breasts 150g dried pasta 150ml chicken stock 100ml single cream 60g chorizo 1 onion 1 red pepper 1 tbsp tomato puree 1 tbsp garlic paste Fresh parsley Seasoning 1tsp garlic and onion granules, oregano & 2tsp Cajun seasoning - Slice your chorizo up and fry for 2 mins on each side and set aside - season your chicken in the above seasoning (only 1 tsp of Cajun at this point) then set aside - fry your onion and pepper for 10 mins or u til softened then add your chicken and cook u til almost cooked, add your garlic and tomato paste and cook for a further 1 min - add your chicken stock and single cream and give it a good stir then add another tsp of Cajun and allow to simmer, at this point put your pasta onto cook as per instructions - 5 mins before pasta is ready add minced up fresh parsley then once pasta is cooked add 2 tbsp of pasta water to the pan to loosen the sauce then add your pasta and then the heat off and top with your chorizo and serve #mealideas #pastatiktok #EasyRecipes #simplerecipe #DinnerIdeas
