Follow me for more @jadecarolanfitness Macros👇 Calories 604 Protein 48g Fat 20g Carbs 55g Ingredients👇 500g 6% fat chicken mince 2tsp garlic 1tsp chilli flakes 1tsp black pepper 1tsp oregano 1tsp cayenne pepper 1tsp cumin 1tsp paprika 1tsp garam masala salt fresh parsley fresh coriander 1tbsp olive oil 200g greek yoghurt 1tsp garlic fresh coriander salt and pepper 4 flatbreads I used @M&S UK lettuce cucumber tomato pickled onions Combine chicken mince with all of the seasonings listed, mix well then add to an oven dish with olive oil. Separate into equal parts then bake in a preheated oven for 25 mins at 200. Serve with a flatbread, salad and yoghurt sauce!
