I made it and it’s SO oily?! Like when you’re using 4 blocks of cheese I guess it’s par for the course but me nor my friend enjoyed it bcos our lips were greasy for the remainder of the evening 😭

I also was nervous bc my cheese pill didn’t look the same but it turned out fine! I mixed in the cheese on ZERO heat to not risk it curdling

add an extra half cup of heavy cream!! it’s perfect. after you bake it it will absorb most of extra sauce, especially if you make the mac and cheese the night before
