I dont disagree. While I had realistic expertations when I ordered my slime. I at least expected the same amount of charms and sprinkles as shown in the photos. But didnt even receive half that amount and it was discoloured. I accept its part of marketing but definatly prevented me from ever wanting to buy more

I agree with another commenter. You could just sell it with a domed top. And then it would look like the product photos. If you don’t want to do that. That’s fine but you shouldn’t blame customers for that expectation

If the product description says the weight or product ounces then it’s kinda common sense, especially if the first image is the staged one and the second is a picture of the product closed with the flat lid

Wrong example on the ice cream and mashed potatoes. They can only use those mashed potatoes if they’re not advertising the ice cream itself, and it’s just background design. Otherwise they have to use the real thing or it is legally FALSE ADVERTISING

Although common sense should’ve told them the product photos are enhanced for arguments sake when you play with the slime it inflates to the same amount in the product photos. I often have to have an extra jar in case it doesn’t all deflate when I’m done playing

You can incloude a photo of how it actually comes and add a note under the other photo stating it is for display or marketing photo .
