when I started my locs the first time 20 yrs ago washing your starters was an absolute no.. they were also started with beeswax. it was a time back then

well my cousin did my locs and she said not to wash my hair or use water on it, just oil and it aint working out too good

THIS!!! Im on my third set. I’m 1 month in with two strand starter locs and I water my hair like I water my flowers. My hair is locn already.
