I have been making these for years. I measure with my heart with brown sugar and cinnamon and melted butter. I don’t cook it on the stove because it will thicken in the oven. I use a half of a sweet potato patty with 1 whole crescent roll. After I melt the butter add the brown sugar and cinnamon then pour it in the pan over the crescent’s then bake. This is just the way I do mine.
