It would be an insane miscarriage to have the stuff presented be to a jury. They violated the 4th and 5th amendment by not reading his rights, they violated his 14th amendment right with the assumption of guilt, the 6th amendment was violated because when the police questioned him at the mcdonalds with no counsel present and then doubly the 4th amendment because they searched him WITHOUT A WARRANT!!!!!!!!

Having the police stand over him the entire time is absurd! They did not do that in so many cases. I feel they are there to give a bad image, to intimidate, and to spy on the defense.

Can you talk about what was going on when the photos were being taken? Like if you couldn’t hear, can you describe like who he might’ve been speaking to or who was speaking to him at the time and what gestures were being made? Kind of paint a picture of what could have possibly been going on between him and his attorneys at that time.
