Frika (english recipe below) ❤️ Sestavine: 400 g krompirja 50 g pancete ali žlica olivnega olja 160 g poltrdega tolminskega sira 50 g trdega tolminskega sira 2 žlici sesekljanih zelišč (peteršilj, origano, luštrek) Postopek: 1. Krompir olupimo in ga tako dolgo spiramo na cedilu, da postane voda čista. Dobro odcedimo. 2. V ponvi popečemo panceto, približno 3 - 4 minute. 3. Dodamo nariban krompir in kuhamo 15 - 18 minut. 4. Dodamo polovico sira, premešamo, nato dodamo še preostali sir in zelišča. 5. Kuhamo 5 minut, friko obrnemo in kuhamo še 5 minut. 6. Postrežemo ——- Traditional Slovenian Sunday ❤️ Frika - Potato and Cheese Hash Ingredients: 400g (1 pound) potatoes 50g pancetta or olive oil 160g semi-hard cheese (Tolmin) 50g hard cheese (Tolmin) 2 tbsp chopped herbs (parsley, oregano, lovage) Method: 1. Peel the potatoes and wash and strain until the water is clean. Drain well. 2. Pan-fry the pancetta in a pan for about 3 - 4 minutes. 3. Add the grated potatoes and cook for 15 - 18 minutes. 4. Add half of the cheese, stir, then add the rest of the cheese and herbs. 5. Cook for 5 minutes, turn the Frika around and cook for another 5 minutes. 6.
