As long as you don’t file for the AOS before 90 days you should be fine. My husband and I got married within 90 days of him coming back into the US (it was like 86 days or something like that) on his vocational training visa and it wasn’t a problem because we waiting 4 months before we filed the paperwork. When we found out the 90 day rule we got really nervous but it all worked out!
