Also in Jujutsu the higher the price you pay the bigger the reward (as in HxH) and Inumaki restrained his whole vocabulary in order to enhance his cursed speech. Usami only uses gloves and has to put his hand over his mouth. I would like to think that affects as well.

i can at least say we have been introduced to a lot less sorcerers than in jjk. and i’m almost certain that yuji is the only special grade walking around rn and it seems as if they have less op curse techniques

actually it makes sense that current generation is weaker.I mean reason as why jjk characters were so strong is because Gojo was able to shift balance and thus cursed spirits became stronger,so with stronger spirits you get strong sorcerers,in this case sorcerers are weak cause spirits are weak, while Yuji for example is "Gojo Satoru" in Modulo cause his strength is for current world unbelievably high

i think it's not that their weak, it's just that they aren't being treated like how people such as gojo and yuta were thrown into that world.
