I had terrible acne like this for SOOO long. I stoped moisturizing my face entirely and just use a hydrating face wash and niacinamide and hylauronic acid. It’ll help dry them out.

lowkey bias but when i was on accutane i drank like 2 stanley’s a day of water and it sped up the process sm faster and did the same as u i didn’t cut out any unhealthy things 🫰🏻
