Tanking the test on purpose helps legal defense lawyers, “not guilty by reason of insanity” or “not competent enough to stand full trial” as someone who has been a mutual and a proxy to his life. He was not by any means low intelligence. Any speculation or evidence should be put into epistemological analysis considering he had a strong grasp of metaphysics.
