I had a litter of kittens I rescued and all3 were polydactyls. The oldest, which was a male, had two complete paws with pads on each paw. So he had 8 paws total, front were completely separate formed paws with pads, so two pads and 10 toes on each front leg, and his back were just 3 extra toes on each paw. He could move and manipulate toys, food, anything with his front paws. He ran on the poles of the stalls of the horses. I was ground keeper at a 25 stall horse ranch and he was one of my rescues who ended up being a barn cat. We called him Monkey, cause he used his polydactyl paws as hands. He lived to be 16.

Piggytoes is one of my ferals. He has 6 toes on each front paw and 5 on the back ones. Except he's not very feral as I can pick him up and carry him around. he's a tabby, mom was a black poly

I fostered a cat that had 6 nails on each foot. we had to have one removed from each of her front paws because they were severely deformed and always grew into her skin. those particular nails didn't have a toe with them, they were growing in between the extra digits. her back feet were fine though. super cool and chill cat
