"you must be imaginative, strong-hearted. you must try things that may not work, and you must not let anyone define your limits because of where you come from. your only limit is your soul. what I say is true, anyone can cook. but only the fearless can be great." #ratatouille #remy #chefgusteau #pattonoswalt thank you God & all for 10k. i'm truly blessed to be in a position like this. the amount of support i've recieved from the beginning to now has been very humbling and encouraging, and i appreciate it so much. so far, i've edited/posted for 105 days straight, and i pray that i can continue to keep going. during this time, i've been challenged a lot physically, mentally, and spiritually, yet have grown much, and i wouldn't trade away any of the adversity i've faced. for a long time, i've enjoyed making content, but before this, i had never tried making edits of movies/shows. while none of the content creation opportunities i pursued in the past panned out, the experience i gained in editing is invaluable, and i pray i can continue to keep growing, increasing the quality while learning new styles. i remember starting out this endeavor because of @asapeditx dune edit on 3/6/25. i've always enjoyed seeing edits, listening to the audios and seeing the visual creations, yet before i never had given it too much thought. however, with this particular edit, something stuck out to me so much, maybe it was the unique style he always brings, or the song i'd never heard before, but regardless, it lingered with me. i remember trying to fall asleep, but instead going back on my phone to rewatch it and comment. since then, i've been inspired to create. i'm inspired by so many editors, and i love how every day, i always see something unique and beautiful gracing my fyp. i want to continue to create and grow, never staying stagnant/comfortable. like the quote in this edit, i want to keep trying new things/styles, regardless if they "may not work." additionally, as i've reflected throughout my journey, i have been/still am incredibly blessed. my first post that ever "blew up" was a magazine dreams edit, purely because i was in the right place at the right time (thank God). if you didn't know, the movie was supposed to be released back in 2023, yet wasn't until march of 2025 due to the controversy surrounding jonathan majors & strikes. it's similar to what marco pierre white said in his book "devil in the kitchen," where he talks about how his mom died, and as a result, his infant little brother was adopted by his aunt and uncle, who weren't able to bear children themselves. sometimes, one persons loss is another persons gain, and it's crazy how i'm in this position due to that movie. besides that though, i've been incredibly blessed with constant overwhelming support, which i can't put into words how much it means to me. i have so many ideas planned, and i pray that i can execute them in a manner that'll be enjoyable. if you've read all of this, i'd like to say thank you. i know this is a lot to digest, especially since it isn't as articulate as i'd like it to be. i appreciate your support, and i pray that i can continue facing adversity and growing from it. additionally, i encourage you to do something that you may have been putting off, you genuinely never know what might happen if you end up pursuing something, and starting is always the hardest. praise be to God. 🦦 verse of the day: "Then Jesus told them this parable: “Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them.
