lat raises are a fun one! theyre one of my favs for the shoulders (delts) but they can feel strange, or even extremely sore, if you do them incorrectly gym fit is @DFYNE dc KELSEY (impact top in black, bday collection joggers & bday oversized tee) 🤍 with lat raises, there are multiple variations that are equally as beneficial for different parts of the delt, so dont take this as the only way you can do this! • feet shoulder width apart, slight bend forward • arms slightly in front of you (front/side of thigh) • slight bend in the elbow • lift to shoulder height by lifting to the corners of the room in front of you (approx 20 degrees angled from your chest) • hold for 2-3 seconds, and slowly return to the start the angle of the elbow and path of the movement help reduce potential rotator cuff injuries/pain, similar to a DB shoulder press! 🫶🏻 #gymtips #gymtutorial #fitnessmotivation #FitTok #GymTok #shoulderworkout #workoutsforwomen #beginnerworkout
