That is Bob Gray, he was the original Pennywise. He's a human being, harmless, and was very popular among kids in the late 1800s before he arrived in Derry around 1908. He was a single father that raised his daughter Ingrid Kersh. She was very inspired by him at an early age, that's why she has those clown costumes, and Bob named her Periwinkle. But during their stay in Derry, Bob was then killed by 'IT'. Then, it used the Pennywise appearance as his favorite form because it's was easier to attract children, its prey. However, when Ms. Kersh saw 'Pennywise' in Juniper Hill in 1935, she thought it was him and called it 'Papa'. That's when IT had an idea to shapeshift into a human form Bob Gray, to make her think he's still alive and manipulated her that she needs to feed him so he can 'apparently' turn back into a normal person again 😕💔
