You won't believe the ending... 👇 When I was younger, I used to think I had no control over the circumstances around me… Until this single moment changed everything. It all started when I decided to hire a new video editor for my content a few years ago. First editor I hired was called Hasam… But he did a horrible job. So, I blamed him, fired him, and moved on. Hired another editor. Guess what? I didn’t like his videos either… So I fired him and found someone else. The cycle was never ending… Until I had a conversation with one of my mentors. Have I properly outlined an SOP for the video editor to be successful? Have I been clear on exactly what I want? Have I done everything possible to ensure the video editor's success? Do I even know what it looks like to properly hire and onboard someone? The answer was no to all of those questions. So was it the video editors fault after all? Or mine? In the past, I always found myself blaming the other party. But the mindset I have now is that no matter how wrong someone is… I always have some role in that result. I’m fully responsible for everything that happens in my life. If I’m honest with myself, there’s always room to improve. So now I ask you… How can you flip the perspective on a situation you don’t like and take full accountability? #colewherld #mindset #improvement #selfimprovement #colegonzales
