Strain into chilled glass.  Onion Cream Infused Gin: 3/4 cup cream 1 bushel, green onions 1/2 tsp onion powder  2 cups gin  Chopped green onions. Add all ingredients to sauce pan on stove top on low heat. Simmer for one hour without letting boil. Strain cream and let cool. Add 2 ounces of cream to 2 cups of gin. Allowed to infuse for a minimum of two hours. Strain through coffee filter. This will take a few hours. If end result is overly cloudy feel free to strain through coffee filter once more.  Dill infused Dry Vermouth: 3 sprigs dill 3/4 cup dry vermouth  Roughly chopped dill. Add dill and vermouth to sealable container for roughly 12 hours. Strain through coffee filter.  Pickled Cherry Tomatoes  1 pint Cherry Tomatoes  1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar  1/2 cup White Vinegar  1 tablespoon Salt 1 tablespoon Sugar 2 sprigs Rosemary  Zest from Half of Lemon 1 teaspoon black peppercorns 2 cloves Garlic crushed  Pierce cherry tomatoes through the top all the way through to the bottom. Add all ingredients into sealable container and refrigerate. Let sit for 3 days. Strain and keep leftover vinegar. Place tomatoes back into sealable jar and cover with leftover vinegar. Will last in refrigerator 3-6 months.  If I had to do this recipe again, I would use the cream to wash the entire martini and I would let the cream sit for roughly 12 hours before I strain it out.
