There's a difference between attachment and love. There's a difference between emotional addiction and love. There's a difference between chemistry and love. There's a difference between fear of being alone and love. Anytime a relationship becomes abusive, the relationship has stepped outside of love and into a fear state- fear of losing that person, fear of not being good enough, terrified of abandonment. Those who cannot trust, control. Love is an action that requires, care, consideration and often selflessness. Love requires a deep ability to look at oneself. As Ram Das says
