Try not accepting food when she gives it to you. “No, thank you. I’m full. You eat it! :)” whenever I accept food from my daughter it becomes a game

I’ve always found its better to just leave them alone while the eat. Don’t draw too much attention. Then do the positive reinforcements when shes done

You can maybe make like a chart and when she eats her food like idk 3 days in a row she gets a reward :) maybe :)

yes!! positive reinforcement!! my 2 yo is the same and shes getting way better, now she tells herself "good job!" after a bite or when she done!!!

when my kids deny food like veggies, I say “oh do you want to become a superhero like (favorite superhero)” and that gets them excited
