What I love about fitness is you get OUT what you put IN. You can’t be upset by the results you didn’t get with the work you didn’t do. 🔥 You can’t buy muscle.  You can’t have someone else lose body fat for you.  Sure, you can get surgeries/Lipo to get rid of body fat  (and hey if that’s your choice that’s your choice)  BUT - I’m talking about the results you create overtime when no one’s watching. The early mornings when you don’t want to get up.  The hard workouts you don’t want to push through.  The foods you say no to. Weighing your food when it’s uncomfortable. Choosing your goals when you have zero motivation. THAT’S the type of hard work I respect ^  And whenever I see a woman who worked hard to transform her body, I also think of the hours and hours she spent devoting to herself and her goals when no one was watching. 🔥 Yes, you can hire a coach and having a gameplan will absolutely help you make progress in half the time … But even then. Your coach cannot cook your meals for you. Your coach cannot do your workouts for you. Your coach cannot wake you up in the morning and drag you to the gym.  It’s the hard decisions in those hard moments that really matter. It’s your own actions and your own standards you hold yourself to that will ultimately allow you to achieve success.  I know it’s hard.  That’s why most people never reach their fitness goals.  Anytime you feel like you want to quit, you remind yourself… THIS is where most people stop. And this is where I’m going to keep going.  Your future self will thank you. ❤️🔥
