sweetgreen is a great company for parental leave! 20 weeks paid at 100% & it’s open to moms or dads! Also includes adoptive or foster parents too! 🤗

Omg the thing is...paid maternity isn’t guaranteed anywhere AT ALL in the US! The only developed country on earth that doesn’t guarantee this!!!!!

I get 16 weeks, all paid, and I’m so grateful. My husband got a week and it was rough. This country needs to be better about paternity leave too.
