I shared this content creation hack a year and a half ago and it was a HUGE hit and I can honestly say I’ve been using it weekly since and it’s been a LIFESAVER (& storage saver😂)! If you’re batching documenting (b-roll) content you NEED this tip in your life This makes batching easier because you have less editing with shorter clips and it takes less time to film In this reel I created the “start” command but you’ll also want to create a “stop” command or you can just use the word “start” to start and stop the video (Creating the command for “stop” is exactly the same as creating the command for “start”) Once you’ve saved the settings all you have to do is turn on & off voice control when documenting and then say “start” and “stop” 🔥Tag a friend in the comments who would find this helpful⬇️ P.s: I don’t have any other type of phone so I can’t say how this works on other devices outside of iPhones but I did a bit of research and hopefully this can help guide you— Samsung: go to your camera app>go to the settings in the top left>shooting methods>turn on voice commands (it’s said that you can’t turn off the video with this function though, only turn it on) Android: you’ll need to download the “voice access” app and play around with the settings while in the camera app https://support.google.com/accessibility/android/answer/6151854?hl=en Pixel: use Assistant to open up your camera app and then say “record a video”
