I use 0 aim assist on rainbow six siege (because there is none) and I play controller on pc and I’m a solo plat 2 (it’s called using claw lmao)

Controller players are just used to how aim assist modifies our sensitivities. We get used to it so when we turn it off, aiming without it feels weird
