It would’ve been nice to have a wider variety of sweets. Taste:_4__\5 ⭐️ Most of the snacks were delicious. The hotpot chips from china lacked flavor and the Lucas Swinkolte candy from Mexico in my opinion was nasty tasting. Company Communication:_5__\5⭐️ They respond within a reasonable time frame to their messages. I’m deathly allergic to Seafood. So, I asked them if they could make sure that there wasn’t any seafood flavored snacks in the box, and the customer service representative that responded to my message said that they sent the request to their fulfillment team. Which was a success! Shipping:_3__\5 ⭐️ I've experienced some issues with their shipping process, which I found to be slow and confusing. Although they claim to use DHL e-commerce as their carrier, my order was actually delivered by USPS. It appears that DHL acts as an intermediary for shipping purposes. Which results in not having the most accurate tracking information/updates. I placed my order on February 15th, but it wasn't processed until February 18th. I didn't receive my order until February 24th, which is approximately two weeks after my initial order date. Considering I spent $49.99 on this box, which qualifies for free shipping, I expected a faster delivery time. Notes: Overall, I'm underwhelmed with my experience. For the price I paid, I could have gotten a larger box (3-5 pounds) with more snacks and greater variety from another company, delivered faster. However, I do want to commend Munch Addicts on their excellent customer service. Their response time was impressive, and I appreciate the effort they put into addressing my concerns.
