Tres leches à la fraise Pour la génoise : 3 œufs 80g de sucre 90g de farine Fouettez les œufs avec le sucre et la vanille jusqu'à ce que le mélange blanchisse et triple de volume Ajouter la farine tamisée Verser dans un moule de 20cm Cuisson 180° environ 15min Pour imbiber le gâteau 1 boîte de lait concentré non sucré 200ml de crème liquide 200ml de lait 50g de sucre Mélanger tout les ingrédients et verser sur le biscuit à la sortie du four. 200g de fraises fraîches La crème 250g de mascarpone 300g de crème entière froide 60g de sucre Fouetter tout pour monter la crème Déposer sur le biscuit Réserver au frais au moins 4hr. 🇬🇧 Strawberry Tres Leches For the sponge cake: 3 eggs 80g sugar 90g flour Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla until the mixture whitens and triples in volume Add the sifted flour Pour into a 20cm (8-inch) pan Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes To soak the cake: 1 can of unsweetened condensed milk 200ml single cream 200ml milk 50g sugar Mix all the ingredients together and pour over the sponge cake as soon as it comes out of the oven. 200g fresh strawberries The cream 250g mascarpone 300g cold double cream 60g sugar Whisk everything until the cream is whipped Spread over the sponge cake Chill for at least 4 hours.
