You don’t have to store in the fridge. I recommend that you put the bag inside then pour water over it. I used to work at a Starbucks cafe.

How long does it last once it’s ready? Just seems like a lot of coffee and I’m the only coffee addict in the house idk if I can go through it all 😅

Brew a coffee like normal and then forget about it. After a few hours pass remember that you made coffee and drink it. COLD BREW.

Poor the water through the bag. we put 2 liters around the filter and 2 in it so there isn’t that massive air bubble.
