If you’ve seen one 6-minute fork building video, maybe you’ve seen them all? Every fork is different though. Each time I make one of these videos I realize that I’ve still left out some of the details of it coming together! Everything I do takes an awfully long time though in my non-production world and it’s tough to document it all (i.e. not very efficient). This one is for a 650x38 randonneur style bike with an SL connectorless dynamo, front rack, and low riders. Those racks are coming up next. I will probably not document that process. I can guarantee you there’s a video somewhere on here of me doing that! Side note: because I know that someone is going to call me out, those calipers that I’m using as a scribe are garbage.
