my gynae said, ANY pain that only appear during menses must be related to endometriosis. She did total endometriosis removal via laparoscopic surgery for me in 2023, NO PAIN since. 👍🏻

Or it could be cause your levator scapula, mid/upper backs are over worked/week and you need mobility exercises/rid of muscle knots
