It's more about how the story of The Dance of the Dragons is becoming a fanfiction and a mess, and how rude and impolite I find it of Ryan Condall and Sarah Hess to change George's story and, in my opinion, ruin it. George worked hard on "The World of Ice and Fire" and "Fire and Blood." I love how George writes and how well he writes the characters. I'll get to that later. Ryan Condall & Sarah Hess, and other writers from the "House of the Dragon" series, are changing the entire story—not just small changes, but huge ones that don't follow the book. Now, I'm not saying everything SHOULD be like the book, but now the series is becoming a whole fanfiction, which many book fans, including myself, are criticizing. There are so many things wrong with Condall's story, too many to mention. I think it's important now to say how sorry I feel for George R.R. Martin. As I said before, he puts so much time into his work, and now it's completely ruined. Characters are being rewritten, good characters are being removed (Nettles, etc.). The storyline is unstable. Characters are made Hypocrital (Alicent) no agency,nothing. Nobody likes it anymore, well, people do, but book fans don't (I speak for myself). The dance of the dragons really has potential, and it's being ruined by Condall and Hess. Martin had previously, as I understand it, left the House of the Dragon project, which I understand. His whole story is being ruined! And Condall had to take control, no, he made things worse, and it's getting worse. Daeron meets Daemon ☠️. I have to admit, I first watched House of the Dragon before reading the book, and for me, the book was always going to be better than bad writing Ryan's fanfiction or whatever this show became from Great Emmy winning potential.
