I want to clarify something about this. Technically, the forks do not go on top of the napkin. I like to place them there because I think it looks nice, especially when space is tight.

I don’t agree with the forks on top of the napkins - makes no sense - when you sit down you pick up your napkin - shouldn’t have to move the forks
