That's not a filet, though. Filet comes from the end of the tenderloin. This looks more like a boneless Ribeye. Don't get me wrong, it looks great!

Skip the oven bro. Let that bad boy rest for ten mins. Unless you like med well of course. The only steak imo that might need an oven is 3 inch plus.
