They’re wild apricot- you can eat them. Just eat the stuff around the seeds the seeds are edible. Think pomegranate

Those are good to eat when they turn yellow/orange or red ! In Costa Rica They are called granadilla ( pronounced granadiya) .Related to a grenadine.
