I miscarried at 9 weeks. The best advice, do breathing exercises to calm anxiety. Everything will be okay. Praying for you two ❤️

for my miscarriage I got really really bad cramps so I went to the hospital and just after the ultrasound to see if bub was ok I started bleeding

i wouldn't worry mama! stress doesn't help! this happened to me too,felt sick all the time and then one day I felt good-then i got sick again later

This may be the hardest advice to hear but try not to worry, when you’re stressed it can make you more likely to miscarry (mums a nurse and I’m 32w)
