SMOKED BUFFALO WINGS 🔥🍗 For the Chicken Wings: 3-4 lb chicken wings 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard 1/4 teaspoon turmeric 1/4 teaspoon thyme 1 teaspoon salt 1-2 tablespoons oil Buffalo Sauce: 1 cup Frank’s RedHot sauce 2 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon honey Pinch of garlic salt Instructions: In a small bowl, combine Old Bay seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, ground mustard, turmeric, thyme, and salt. Add the chicken wings to a large bowl with the rub and drizzle with 1-2 tablespoons of oil. Toss the wings to evenly coat them with the spice mixture. Preheat your smoker to 225°F. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the smoker rack. Smoke the wings for 30 minutes on each side. After 1 hr increase the smoker temperature to 375°F. Continue to cook the wings for an additional 10-15 minutes on each side, or until they reach a golden brown color and are crispy. In a glass measuring cup, combine Frank’s RedHot sauce, butter, apple cider and vinegar and microwave 1 min or until butter is melted. Add honey and garlic salt and whisk to mix the sauce. Once the wings are done, remove them from the smoker and let them sit for 2-3 minutes so the skin stays nice and crispy. After letting them sit, place the wings in a large bowl.
