Think you’re eating enough fiber? I challenge you to test it. Try tracking your meals for a week using an app like Cronometer or MyFitnessPal—and see what your average daily fiber intake actually is. 👀 Most people I work with swear they’re getting enough… until they track it. Then they realize they’re not even hitting the minimum (which, by the way, is only around 25–30g per day according to the FDA—and I personally recommend aiming for closer to 40g). 💡 One of my favorite ways to boost fiber is by adding beans to just about anything—salads, soups, even pasta. Compare this: 👉 1 cup of black beans = ~15g fiber vs. 👉 an entire bag of kale + Brussels sprouts mix = ~5g fiber Leafy greens are great (and I’m not saying to avoid them), but they’re mostly water. You’d have to eat A LOT to hit high fiber targets from greens alone.
