![[Delayed video] Posted a bit out of order but here are two things I’m doing differently with my PIO shots this cycle: 1) Using a heat pad instead of an ice pack before my shot. This can help the muscles relax so the needle goes in easier, and can also help disperse the medication more easily so you can avoid knots. 2) Standing up instead of lying down. I just put my weight on the opposite leg when my partner does my PIO shot. Got any PIO shot tips?
