Question: rent is more expensive than mortgage uk. For me I see it as renting from mortgage company but it’s equity for me rather than someone else.

That is what I do....Have read all Grant's books...Did 10X for last couple years and follow the Cash Flow game from houses I own....thanks for sharing

Take a Morgage, 500 a month for 25 years (+deposit) and you own a house at the end of it. Compared to rent where you pay £500 per month own nothing?

If you buy 50 houses you’ve got to worry about 50 houses breaking down replacing some thing and the headache of having them bad tenants etc.... 🤷♂️
