High concentrations of sugar make bacteria lose water by osmosis which make it hard for them to grow. So it’s still about water in that way.

As I have gotten older I cannot eat scrambled eggs but I can eat them boiled or as an additional ingredient in something else. I just don’t eat 🥚 now
