these past 2 years have been the biggest season of growth I’ve ever experienced… both in my career as an actor/writer/director, anddd just as a human 🎓 I’m so deeply grateful I found this studio. It changed me in ways I didn’t expect. The classes were filled with wildly talented, open-hearted people who taught me more about life, love, and storytelling than I could’ve everrr imagined! It took sacrifice. Dedication. And SO much hard work. But it was all worth it! I’ve taken plenty of “acting classes” before — but this wasn’t just a class. And honestly, it’s not just for actors. It’s a safe space where actors, writers, directors, producers, singers, and dancers come together to learn, grow, and stretch into the best version of THEMSELVES. It gets personal. It gets vulnerable. But in the safest, most supported way possible ofc 🤍 The leaders of this school are people who truly care. You can feel their love for the craft, and for people, in everything they do. And that passion is contagious! And that’s what I love most about acting. It’s not about pretending. It’s about telling the TRUTH. It’s about telling stories that would otherwise go unheard… and those stories help humanity understand one another more so we can have more empathy & love for one another. That’s truly my life purpose! Tbh I didn’t care much for graduating high school, and I didn’t even show up to my college graduation 😂 But acting? I sacrificed SO much to show up for this. I actually wanted to be here. Even on days it didn’t feel good to have breakdowns that led to breakthroughs (iykyk). Acting has been my passion for over a decade — and always will be! And now… I’m just excited to see what’s next 🎭✨ thank you @Baron Brown 🎬 PS. Thankful for my family & friends who have been so supportive over these past 2 years! Especially my husband, who sacrificed so much for me to return to school! And my talented actress sister @themegwright who inspires me & sharpens me daily 🤍 AND ALL OTHERS!
