I take pain meds to function too! Getting ready to have neck surgery. Had spinal fusion in 2018. People just don’t get it. ❤️

Yes, those making suggestions add to our social shame! Narcotics work, and I literally cry from the pain before I will take one because I feel guilty.

i hate non of them worked.have had beg cry for pyshical therapy keep me as they didnt want fight for year around pt.but dry needling cuping helps also
