i use the flex cup. when you pull on the stem it pulls on one of the edges of the opening and breaks the seal for you so you dont hurt yourself 😁

The purpose of the steam for the women that have a higher servix. Because the cup sits in a higher place it's easier for them to reach to it. 💓

The stem is for easing the cup down if it’s too far up. Those cups changed the game for me. I’ve been using them for around 8 years. There great!!

I use a Flex brand one and you can pull the stem! Highly recommend Flex because it’s much easier to take out

You can cut the stem off, if it is in the way. I cut the stem off my Diva Cup when it bothered me. Cups don’t work like tampons. Use your fingers 😅

that mestranol cup has tiny pin holes under the rim. you can pull the tab. that's what it's there for.
