Tiramisu Chia Seed Yogurt Overnight🫶 Ingredients (2 servings): * 1/4 cup chia seeds * 1 cup plain Greek yogurt * 1/2 cup brewed coffee (cooled) * 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 1 tbsp cocoa powder * Optional: raspberries or chocolate chips Instructions: 1. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, brewed coffee, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir until smooth. 2. Stir in the chia seeds. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to break up clumps. 3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight, until the chia seeds absorb the liquid and thicken into a pudding. 4. Remove from the fridge & dust top the chia pudding with cocoa powder and optional raspberries and chocolate chips.
