I’m allowed to wear leggings but that’s cuz I don’t just do ballet I do other styles as well and I can go into a full jazz routine in tights and leo

my teacher lets us wear whatever we want over our Leos & tights and says only a bad teacher can't see through the clothes to check your alignments
