Do you have to put stem from a leaf potion in soil? I put a length of the stem that wasn’t a leaf in the soil bag if that makes sense so was wondering

Easier way, cut the stem, soaks in water, roots will grow from stem.

I have 7 pothos, rooted in water. They are huge and healthy. it was way less trouble rooting them than going through this.

make a diagonal cut close to the desired node section…put in a glass with water. Change water 1-2 days. Easiest way to propagate Pothos

Would this work with clematis if I sliced in the proper place. I usually put the stem in a cup on the ground.
